Concerns to raise

The longest outage of the fortnight, 204 minutes on Cheddar's NY02 broadcaster on NY SR04, isn't represented as a tracked incident record; we want ZAASOPS to open a ticket for it and confirm root cause on NY SR04, which alone carries 239 of the fortnight's impact minutes.
September 16th accounts for 620 of the fortnight's 644 impact minutes across NY, LA, NJ, London and Frankfurt simultaneously; we want to know if this was one correlated event or several unrelated ones, since the incident log only shows one sev4 for the whole period.
Four action items are still open from July and August, including LA Cloudlyte anti-affinity confirmation and the CHGC1248701 redundancy question; we want dates, not status updates, on all four.
